Rick has over 30 years of experience in higher education, including recruitment, sales, marketing, and over a decade of experience in university admissions at two top 50 universities. He has worked for The Chronicle for Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed,  Kaplan, Inc., Vanderbilt University, and The George Washington University (GWU). He holds a Master's degree in human resource development from GWU and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in business from Vanderbilt University.  He believes in counseling students and parents on holistic approaches to the college selection process. He is focused on using his knowledge of higher ed to build business relationships, solidify client partnerships, and help companies and families succeed in the higher education arena. 

Marguerite has more than 25 years of experience working with students and universities as a tenured professor, advisor, and administrator. She has worked for The Washington Center for Internships, the National Institutes of Health Undergraduate Scholarship Program, Indiana University, and Marymount University. She holds a PhD in English and Performance Studies from Indiana University, an MA from Vanderbilt University, and BA from Brown University. A published author, she has spoken at a variety of public venues, including events for the Smithsonian, AFI Docs, and the Woodstock Creative Arts Festival. She has worked with hundreds of students on making the transition from high school to college, and from college to graduate school or to a career. She has helped students get internships at a variety of nonprofit, public, and private sites, including embassies, Smithsonian museums, policy placements on Capitol Hill and legal institutions, and diverse media sites.
